The Merchant's Cottage  is above what appears to be a 'shop' (utilities). It is decorated in 'English' brass, chintz, and china.  

Guests use the top two floors with queen bed, loft sitting room, kitchenette, antique brass fireplace, VCR, Jacuzzi bathtub and shower. Outside stairs and deck.
