Weddings at Ravenwood
Looking for something special for your big day? Ravenwood Castle offers several options for brides and grooms looking for a unique wedding experience.
From a small indoor ceremony in the Great Hall, to an outdoor wedding at the Pavilion in the Woods, all the way up to exclusive use of the entire Ravenwood realm for the weekend for you and up to 150 guests, we have an offering to make your big day extra special!

With all of our wedding packages, you may bring your own pastor or officiate, or we can provide you a list of local officiates with whom you can make arrangements.
We would also be happy to provide you the names of area florists, photographers, musicians, and caterers for your reception dinner.
Prince and Princess - Up to Ten Guests
An intimate event, the Prince and Princess package includes a private ceremony for the two of you and up to ten guests.
Choose a special place in the Castle or on the grounds for your ceremony. You will have exclusive use of that location for up to two hours (12:00-2:00 or 2:00-4:00).
The Prince and Princess package is $395 plus tax, and does not include overnight room rental or exclusive use of the Ravenwood property.
Woodland Wedding - Outdoor, Up to 50 Guests
Our Woodland Wedding package includes the use of our pavilion area, which includes a stage, two enclosed dressing areas, benches to seat up to 50 people, and three tables for your food.
You will have exclusive use of the pavilion area for up to four hours (12:00-4:00).
The Pavilion in the Woods package is $695 plus tax, and does not include overnight room rental or exclusive use of the Ravenwood property. Available May through October.
King and Queen - Up to 45 Guests
With the King and Queen package, you and up to 45 people enjoy the exclusive use of the entire Ravenwood Realm for two nights. This includes two nights lodging in all Castle Rooms, Medieval Village Cottages, Fairy Tale Cabins and Gypsy Wagons.
This package includes a rehearsal dinner on the first night for up to 35 people in our beautiful Great Hall. Your ceremony and reception can be held in the Great Hall or your choice of outdoor locations.
The King and Queen package is $8,750 plus tax, and is available May through October.
Winter King and Queen - Up to 35 Guests
With the Winter King and Queen package, you and up to 35 people enjoy the exclusive use of the entire Ravenwood Realm for two nights. This includes two nights lodging in all Castle Rooms and Medieval Village Cottages.
Your ceremony and rehearsal dinner for up to 20 people will be held in our beautiful Great Hall.
The King and Queen package is $7,250 plus tax, and is available November through April.
The Royal Court - Up to 150 Guests
Want a somewhat larger event? With The Royal Court, you and up to 150 people can enjoy the exclusive use of the entire Ravenwood Realm!
The Royal Court includes everything in the King and Queen Package, plus a spacious and wonderfully decorated canopy tent for your ceremony.
The Royal Court package starts at $10,995, and is available May through October. Exact pricing depends on the specific tent and amenities you choose. Email us or call (740) 596-2606 today to discuss the available options.
Deposit – A 50% deposit is required to reserve your special date. The balance of payment is due 14 days prior to the event.
Cancellation – In the unlikely event that you should need to cancel your event, you will receive a refund less a 10% service charge if cancelling more than 60 days prior to the event. Cancellation within 60 days of the event results in a forfeiture of the deposit.
Alcohol – Ravenwood Castle holds Ohio beer and wine permits, and would be glad to arrange an onsite cash bar at your request. As a permit holder however, Ohio law prohibits any outside alcohol from being brought onto the Ravenwood Castle premises.
