Check In/Check Out Times
Check In is anytime after 3:00 PM. Please call if you will be arriving later than 7:00 PM. We'll be happy to make arrangements. Check Out is at 11:00 AM. If guests have not made prior arrangements with the Inn for a later check-out-time, a 50% room rate will be added to the final bill.
All reservations must be secured by a deposit of 50% of the value of the stay. For ticketed events, the ticket price will be charged at the time the reservation is made.
Due to our intimate size, any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Should you cancel your stay fourteen (14) days or more prior to your arrival, we will be happy to hold your deposit for a future stay, or arrange for a refund less a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days of your arrival will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellations made on same day of your arrival, early departures or no shows will be responsible for the entire reserved stay. Ticket purchases for ticketed events are non-refundable within 30 days of the event.
Minimum Stay Requirements
Two night (or more) reservations are required for weekends and peak foliage season, three nights on certain holiday weekends.
Nightly rates for all rooms, cottages and cabins with the exception of the Silversmith's House are based on double occupancy. The Silversmith's House cabin is based on four occupants.There is an additional charge of $20 per person per night for additional occupants in any of the rooms, cottages and cabins.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards.
Please note that under Ohio law, our inn is completely non-smoking inside. Smoking is permitted outside in designated areas only. If we can smell smoke or ashes in your room, we will assess a $250 cleaning fee to the credit card number with which your reservation was made.
While we are pet people ourselves, we are unable to host pets in our guest rooms. If we observe that a pet has been in your room, we will assess a $500 cleaning fee to prepare the room for the next guest, who may not be a pet person.
The Inn's facilities and guest rooms are for the use of registered Guests only.
To provide you with the utmost privacy, we will not enter your room during your stay. Housekeeping would be glad to freshen your room at your request, please just let one of our staff members know.

Ravenwood Castle may amend this Privacy Statement from time to time in order to meet changes in the regulatory environment, business needs, or to satisfy the needs of our guests, properties, strategic marketing partners, and service providers.
