Intro to Gaming Day September 13th!

It has been a few months since our last Intro to Gaming event, and we have been looking for a good weekend to host the next for some time now. Then a few days ago I heard that Castle Panic was having a 5th birthday party event this September 13th. Two birds, meet one stone!

For those of you who haven’t had the pleasure of playing it, Castle Panic is a great family game. It’s also one of the games we reach for here at Ravenwood Castle when we are introducing a non-gamer to the hobby. So naturally we decided right away to join Fireside Games in celebrating the fifth birthday of Castle Panic. And what better way then by hosting a Castle Panic themed Intro to Gaming Day?

In addition to Castle Panic, we will be teaching and playing a variety of hobby board games such as Love Letter, Survive! and Forbidden Island. These entry level hobby games are very easy to pick up and learn, yet quite a bit of fun for both new and seasoned gamers!

So join us September 13th to celebrate Castle Panic’s fifth birthday, and enjoy some quality gaming!

This free event is open to guests and the public alike. Games will begin at noon, and continue until roughly 6:00 PM. We hope to see you there!
