Con in the Castle 2019 Recap!

This last weekend we wrapped up Con in the Castle 2019, and the event was a huge success!

The festivities started off with a bang, with an after dinner game of GIANT Castle Panic, provided by this year’s Guests of Honor, Justin and Anne-Marie De Witt from Fireside Games. While it was close call, the Castle was saved after the team defeated a conga line of Monsters!

Saturday’s activities included more giant Castle Panic, lots of open gaming, and RPG sessions of all kinds including Dungeons and Dragons, Pugmire, and Pathfinder. Fireside Games hosted Grackles and Bears! tournaments in the Great Hall and several guests got to take home Ravenwood swag and copies of the games.

The Raven’s Roost Pub was brimming with guests, board games, and plenty of delicious craft beers all weekend. Following dinner Saturday evening, guests had the opportunity to playtest two Fireside Game prototypes, and all left excited to see what Fireside has in store for the future. Make sure to follow Fireside Games to stay up to date on game releases and other events they will be attending.

Thanks to all who came out to participate in Con in the Castle 2019, our Guest of Honor Fireside Games, and our incredible Dungeon Masters from Ohio Pathfinder Society and The Malted Meeple!
