Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update #2

Dear Ravenwood Castle Guests,

As of midnight tomorrow, March 23rd, Governor DeWine has ordered the closure of all non-essential businesses until April 6th. Hotels and other lodging facilities are listed as essential businesses, and as such are specifically excluded from this order. Even so, for the safety of our staff and guests, we have decided to voluntarily suspend operations during the period of the Governor’s order.

We have already begun contacting those of you with reservations during this period. You will have the opportunity to transfer your reservation to another date, receive a gift certificate for a future stay, or opt for a refund of your deposit.

I would like to personally thank all of our guests and business partners who have expressed their support for us during this trying time. The entire team greatly appreciates your kind thoughts and words, and wants you to know that we are thinking of all of you as well.

We will continue to monitor the developing situation, and will provide additional details as we have them. It is my sincere hope that the next update we provide will be that we are back up and running for normal operations. In the meantime, please exercise good common sense, keep yourselves and your loved ones safe, and we will see you all on the other side.

**Update: The Governor’s order has been extended to May 1st.**
