Red Hand at Isengard Murder Mystery – Sept 16th & 17th

The 2016-2017 Murder Mystery season is just getting underway, with the recent announcement of our special Labor Day weekend Murder Mystery, the Grilling Dead.

We kicked off the season with a bang, bringing back our all-time most popular theme, zombies. We thought it only appropriate to follow that up with the sequel to one of our most popular new themes from last season – the Lord of the Rings!

Located at the edge of the Fangorn forest, the Ravenwood outpost has enjoyed a quiet existence for as long as Men can remember. But recently the outpost has fallen under a growing shadow – a shadow cast by the wizard Saruman at the nearby tower of Isengard.

Word has arrived that Saruman has sent an emissary to treat with the Men of Ravenwood. Would the messenger have brought word of friendship to calm the growing fears, or would his news have spelled the end of peace?

We shall never know, as the emissary has been found dead at the edge of the forest, choked to death by vines. With his body pulled off the ground and into the boughs, it almost appears as if the trees themselves committed the act.

Men have long known that the forest around Ravenwood is more alive than most woods, and often hear the trees whispering to each other in the night. But is a forest capable of murder?

Join the Ravenwood Detective Agency in solving the mystery of the Red Hand at Isengard. Tickets for the Red Hand at Isengard are $100, and include Saturday night’s dinner. As with all of our mysteries, the event starts with dinner on Friday. Late arrivals will be accommodated as best as possible, but to enjoy the full experience please attempt to arrive early Friday evening.

And stay tuned for announcements of even more exciting mystery announcements for the 2016-2017 season!

If you haven’t been to one of our mystery weekends and are wondering what they are all about, check out our Murder Mystery page for all of the details. And stay tuned here at Quoth the Raven to hear about the rest of the great mysteries we have planned for this season!
