Murder in Brown(coat) – Nov 20th & 21st!

Over the years the Ravenwood Detective Agency has adventured through many themes and settings. Doctor Who. Harry Potter. The Game of Thrones. Fairy Tales. You might think this would be the year we would run out of amazing new settings to explore. You – as I’m sure you can guess by now – would be wrong!

We’ve put our heads together with the twisted minds of the Shadow Stalkers and have come up with some great themes for the 2015-2016 season. The first of our new themes is perhaps one of the most requested, and can be described with only one word: Shiny. We invite you to join the Ravenwood Detective Agency in adventuring through the wonderful world of Firefly!

There’s not much of the ‘verse left for former Independents. To stay out of the reach of the alliance, many turn to smuggling, far from the core worlds. One such group of Browncoats recently embarked on an ambitious job, to obtain an extremely valuable antique laser pistol known as the Lassiter. Only two are known to exist, and one was recently stolen from a private collector, dramatically increasing the value of the remaining.

But something has gone awry, and one of the crew has been found brutally murdered. Has the Alliance infiltrated the gang? Could it be the work of the Reavers?

So gather your crew, we’ve got the job. Do you have what it takes to solve the mystery and complete the theft?

Join us November 20th & 21st for the debut of our Firefly themed mystery weekend – Murder in Brown(coat)!

We aim to misbehave.

Tickets for Murder in Brown(coat) are $100, and include Saturday night’s dinner. As with all of our mysteries, the event starts with dinner on Friday. Late arrivals will be accommodated as best as possible, but to enjoy the full experience please attempt to arrive early Friday evening.

And stay tuned for announcements of even more exciting new mystery themes for the 2015-2016 season!

If you haven’t been to one of our mystery weekends and are wondering what they are all about, check out our Murder Mystery page for all of the details. And stay tuned here at Quoth the Raven to hear about the rest of the great mysteries we have planned for this season!
