Hedge Maze Homicide – March 6th & 7th!
The 2025-2026 murder mystery season is in full swing here at Ravenwood Castle! Our intrepid detectives have already cleared nearly half of this season’s mysteries, but there are still a few openings for already announced mysteries, and one or two mysteries left to be unveiled. This week I am excited to announce the next event, a return to our classically themed mysteries. Please join Chief Detectives Michelle and Ryan as they lead the Ravenwood Detective Agency through the Hedge Maze Homicide…
The grounds of Ravenwood Castle cover acres of forested hills and manicured gardens, and feature miles of hiking trails and a multitude of quaint spots to sit and enjoy some quiet seclusion. One such spot, a guest favorite, is the picturesque Hedge Maze. The labyrinth is watched over by a charming, well-worn statue situated atop a pillar in the middle of the maze.
Of late, the maze’s charm has worn thin, and the cherubic statue has taken on a decidedly more grim appearance. At first, guests reported that it was more difficult than they’d expected to find their way through what was historically a fairly simple maze. Then an entire family became completely lost within the maze, emerging hours later safe, but visibly shaken. And then, two days ago a young couple entered the maze and hasn’t been seen since. The gardener who went in after them yesterday also disappeared – or had disappeared that is – until his mangled body was found at the entrance to the maze this morning.
Nobody knows for certain what is happening, and the remaining guests and staff flatly refuse to venture into the maze to find out. Is someone using the maze to hide their dark deeds? Or has something turned the previously cheerful hedge maze itself into a foreboding labyrinth?
The Ravenwood Detective Agency is calling all agents, veterans and novice alike, to answer these questions and more. Join us March 6th & 7th for Hedge Maze Homicide!
Tickets for Hedge Maze Homicide are $100. As with all of our mysteries, the event starts after dinner on Friday. Late arrivals will be accommodated as best as possible, but to enjoy the full experience please attempt to arrive early Friday evening.
