Revenge of the Dead – January 30th & 31st!

This week I am thrilled to announce the next mystery in the 2025-2026 season. Please join Chief Detectives Michelle and Ryan as they lead the Ravenwood Detective Agency in the next installment of our popular zombie themed murder mysteries, the Revenge of the Dead…

Like every good castle, Ravenwood has had its share of intrigue. Over the years the castle grounds have been the scene for mystery, mayhem and more than a few murders. The victims of these not-so-isolated incidents live on in the memory of the castle staff and the members of the Ravenwood Detective Agency who investigated their demise.

Some memories are more lifelike than others, and recently, the memory of Ravenwood’s murder victims has seemed very lifelike indeed. Nervous staff members swear they’ve seen familiar faces in the dark corners of the castle and heard the whisper of familiar voices when the wind blows late at night.

As tensions reached a breaking point a body was discovered at the edge of castle grounds. The victim was none other than one of Ravenwood Detective Agency’s premier agents, who had been onsite for an unrelated visit. Local investigators have been unable to determine a cause of death, and none have been able to shake the unnatural look of terror on the victim’s face. The only other noteworthy finding is that the ground had been disturbed at the nearby cemetery, leaving many graves empty to the night sky. Of particular concern is that each empty grave originally contained a victim of a previously unsolved murder at Ravenwood Castle.

Have the restless dead really come to Ravenwood Castle, seeking vengeance for their unsolved murders? Or is there a more mundane explanation for the recent killing? Has there ever been a more dangerous time to be a Ravenwood Detective?

The Ravenwood Detective Agency is calling all agents, veterans and novice alike, to answer these questions and more. Join us January 30th & 31st for the Revenge of the Dead!

Tickets for the Revenge of the Dead are $100. As with all of our mysteries, the event starts after dinner on Friday. Late arrivals will be accommodated as best as possible, but to enjoy the full experience please attempt to arrive early Friday evening.

If you haven’t been to one of our mystery weekends and are wondering what they are all about, check out our Anatomy of a Murder Mystery page for all of the details. And stay tuned here at Quoth the Raven to hear about the rest of the great mysteries we have planned for this season!
